Fresh Fish in KK

If you're looking for other options to get fresh fish in KK aside from the existing fish market, you can try to go to Teluk Likas, Kota Kinabalu.  The fishermen usually start selling their catch at 6.00am until 9.00am.  The price is acceptable, around RM 3 to RM 4 for 10 fishes with average size (approximately L : 6-7 inch, W: 1 1/2 inch).  However the price for prawn maybe quite escalating this month (April), RM 15 per kg and this may due to the rainy season.
